Forks shortened 2 inches with new seals and fluid
Powder coated wheels front and back with new Firestone tyres

Bespoke Billet aluminium speedo mount with modified original speedo
Custom billet aluminium spring shrouds made to show off the external springs on the forks. Springs are also powder coated, forks bottoms have been shaved for that clean look.
Powder coated yokes
The engine was taken apart, checked and was deemed to be fit and healthy
The outer casings powder coated and now has stainless bolts all round.
Engine rebuilt with new gaskets etc.
The expansion chambers are from a racing MZ but work really well with this engine with the foam filters and now having been set up on a dyno the bike is producing 21bhp! We have the dyno print out to prove this too.
Original tank customised with hand beaten knee indents
We commissioned the paintwork professionally and really shines with the black looking a mile deep. A billet aluminium cover was made for the original petrol cap.
The frame has had all extraneous brackets removed then powder coated gloss black to match the wheels and casings etc.
The battery is lithium ion and is situated under the tail piece.
The bespoke 2 stroke oil tank was made for this bike and mounts between the frame rails, you can see this in the pics with the clear sight tube to show the level
The shocks are brand new and shorter than standard, the swinging arm we extended 2 inches, a bespoke brake torque arm was also made to suit.
Bespoke billet chain guard & billet chain adjusters.
This bike is extremely light, something like 105kg in total and with a low seat height makes this a very easy, fun bike to ride. There's a years mot just been put on too.
This bike has been made to ride first and foremost hence all the powder coating and stainless bolts throughout but its been built clean enough and custom enough to put into bike shows if you want too. You've really gotta see the bike in the metal to appreciate just how well this bike looks.
